Everything you need to turn your home into your perfect space That’s why we also offer on-going support and maintenance contracts with three levels of support service so that should you have an issue with any of your home’s systems, whether it be your broadband, home automation, security or your entertainment systems, you just call one number and we take care of it so that you can get on with your life. We cannot promise that nothing in your home will ever go wrong, but we can promise to be there for you when it does.
Our maintenance contract provides:
1. 24/7 support.
2. Unlimited remote and on-site support as required.
3. Annual service & maintenance visit incl. System health check and performance tuning.
4. Continual remote monitoring & diagnostics – our support tools constantly monitor your home technology and can even detect an upcoming problem before it happens. We can often repair issues remotely before you even notice them.
5. No call-out charge.
6. 10% discount off our standard hourly labor rate.
7. 5% discount on all equipment prices.
For problems relating to the security of your home I.E. Access in & out of your home, we guarantee the following:
1. If we cannot fix the problem remotely, we will be en-route to you within 30 minutes of speaking with you – 24/7, 365 days a year.
2. To provide a temporary or permanent fix, so that your home is secure, within 60 minutes of arriving on site.
For problems relating to your home’s heating & lighting systems (other than minor issues such as a faulty bulb) we guarantee the following:
1. If we can’t fix the problem remotely, we will be en-route to you within 60 minutes of speaking with you – 24/7, 365 days a year.
2. To provide a temporary or permanent fix, providing heat and light to “essential” rooms (occupied bedrooms, kitchen and one reception room) within 4 hours of arriving on site. Even if the fault is identified as a fault with your utility supplies, we will provide portable heating & lighting.
For problems with your home’s other systems Audio & visual distribution systems, windows & blinds etc. We guarantee the following:
1. If we cannot fix the problem remotely, we will be en-route to you within 8 “work hours “ To fix the problem within 8 work hours of arriving on site unless we need to order parts.
